The Zen Physio is designed to give an unrivalled, affordable deep-tissue percussive massage. It has two speeds, two pairs of massage heads and far infrared to soothe away aches, pains and tension. Suitable for sports massage or a more gentle massage, it's the professional's choice for home or clinic.

heavy and hurts
I bought this about a month, it's to heavy, needs a second person, it's heavy and hurts... the handle is bad if you try to use on yourself... my advice do not buy.

Great massager
Third I have bought over many years. Not too noisy. Important as I use it in bed overnight. I have it by my bedside for my restless leg syndrome. It helps. I have a theragun as well but prefer this for my legs. Heavy but I like the weight. Tolerates quite a lot of pressure for a deeper massage. Plugged in.

It is a good product, but bit heavy.

Good but not perfect
What I initially didn't like was there is no gentle setting. So the lowest of the two settings is quite intense and when you're quite thin it's a bit much. It's also very noisy That said, I bought one twice as expensive first and this was better. So I'm keeping and using carefully.

Yes long handle is good. But too heavy for small puny woman like me to hold it very long
Yes. The handle is long so I can reach my back waist when holding it over my shoulder. The cable is nice and long so even though my power point is not at the side of my bed it still reaches my bed easily without overstretching the cable.
