Cheap quality but does the job.
It does the job, needed a cheap phone for a landlines that I only need for incoming calls. Its very basic and cheap, awful ringtones but it does the job.

A decent enough phone for the money I paid for it. Only comes with a quick set up guide so full instructions have to be found on the internet. I found it a bit confusing to set everything up and there aren’t enough spaces in the phone book to put long names. Also the display isn’t very bright. There are several different ring tones so you could have a different one for family members and know who is calling before you answer the phone!

Does what I need it to do. Nice and small so can be placed on a shelf or somewhere out of the way. I am glad I bought the twin set as despite setting the call ringing level at its maximum, it can be difficult to hear it ring when there are normal household noises. If I did not need it urgently I would have returned it.

I can advise the following for the VTech CS2001 Cordless Telephone - Twin:
You would only need to do this if the main unit is in the bedroom, the satellite unit is wirelessly connected to the main unit and only needs mains power to the cradle. The provided RJ11 is around 2 meters in length.
