My home smells fresh as anything at first the solution wouldn't come out and the steam only come out when trigger is help but they tell you not to hold the trigger down continously any tips would be great

I was excited about using this with my vax steamer and checked the description which stated it was suitable for all vax steamers, unfortunately this is not the case and now my vax steamer will not work.

Some of the answers say it is OK to use on a laminate wood floor. I left mine parked on a laminate floor but turned of . However, the heat in the mop base was enough to cause the laminate surface to bubble. My floor was suitable for heavy traffic use in a hall. It may be alright to use it cold but it may also depend on the quality of your laminate floor.

The cleaning solution is suitable for use with all Vax Steam Plus detergent models, we would therefore not recommend using the solution with steam cleaners which are not Vax.
