Love it. Only thing that annoys me is having to check when you remove the used pod that it's not still dripping (unlike the other brand of coffee machines) - have to be quick to the bin / recycle bag!

I always put boiling water in my coffee cup first for a couple of seconds, just to warm the cup. That does the trick.
