This sleek saute pan is expertly crafted from polished stainless steel with an aluminium core for even heat distribution and excellent high-heat searing. Durable and long-lasting, Ninja ZEROSTICK Technology combines ultra high-heat plasma ceramic bonding with a unique non-stick coating – zero chip, flake or peel. Dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and metal utensil safe. Oven safe and suitable for all hob types, including induction, you can start your creation on the hob and finish in the oven. PFOA, lead and cadmium free.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Ninja Zerostick 26cm Stainless Steel Non Stick Saute Pan: The Ninja Zerostick 26cm Stainless Steel Non Stick Saute Pan has Coating PFOA, Lead and Cadmium Free.
So when you see "PFOA free" in the marketing message of a piece of cookware, it simply means that the chemical PFOA was not used in the manufacturing process of the non-stick coating, which is usually PTFE or a related plastic compound.

The supplier has advised the following for the Ninja Zerostick 26cm Stainless Steel Non Stick Saute Pan:
"This elegant range is expertly crafted from polished stainless steel with an aluminium core". They do not confirm the specific grade of the stainless steel but they do advise that this product is oven safe up to 260°C, dishwasher safe, metal utensil safe, and that it can be used on these types of hobs: Gas, Electric, Electric Coil, Halogen, Induction, Ceramic. It also has a solid stainless steel handle.
For the coating, they provide the following details:
"Ninja ZEROSTICK is up to 20x tougher than traditional non-stick, tested to withstand 10,000 scrubs (3rd party test lab coating abrasion testing 2022). Durable, long-lasting and guaranteed for 10 years (Upon registration with Ninja. When used as directed in the use and care guide). ZEROSTICK is precision engineered at 17,000°C, fusing plasma ceramic particles to the surface of the pan to create a robust textured surface that interlocks with Ninja’s exclusive coating. The extremely durable, textured cooking surface is metal-utensil safe, scratch resistant and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. PFOA, lead and cadmium free."

“ We have checked and yes it will get hot but no to much , you can use the handle with no problem. but if you use the pan in the oven it will be to hot to use. ”
