About this product

Courgette 'Jaguar' F1 is a top-performing dark green courgette, producing thin-skinned, flavorful fruits ideal for stir-fries, spiralising and roasting. Spine-free plants have an open habit for easier harvesting and suit pots or outdoor planting. Sow indoors April–June in warm pre-watered compost or direct sow outdoors May–June in the final position, spacing plants 90cm (36in) apart once frost risk has passed. Keep soil moist, water and pick regularly, and feed with liquid fertiliser when fruits swell. RHS Recommended: Award of Garden Merit for reliable garden performance. Warning: Very rarely courgettes can be bitter—test by licking a cut surface and discard any bitter fruit.
