Really pleased with the quality of this blouse. It can be dressed up or down and people have complimented it.
I liked the simplicity of style lifted by the frill to collar and cuffs. I purchased size 14. This was a good fit on my long body. Colour is more ivory than white. Fabric is crisp - not a soft cotton.
Very nice blouse. Crisp fabric. The frill on collar and cuffs lifts the garment from plain. Colour is more ivory than brilliant white. I’m normally size 12-14. Selected the 14. After reading other reviews about size and fit I was concerned I would need to downsize. However, I was happy with 14.
Gorgeous fitted shirt with lovely details but why is it SO long? I wanted to tuck it in to skirts and trousers but there's so much fabric it creates bulk over the hips. Sadly I had to return it.
This is a blouse for one who likes frills and detail - two bands of frills on cuffs, a frill all round the collar - three gold buttons on each cuff plus one for the top button which one can choose to leave undone. The remaining buttons are hidden by the fabric which is 100% crisp cotton. For me, my usual size was too small and I had to size up. I wore it to a dinner
yesterday teamed with a Tu navy velvet waistcoat, buttoned, and Tu red trousers with a navy and white side panel - it looked very smart indeed.
Love this shirt. Made of sturdy material with a lovely frilly edged collar & gold coloured buttons which look like they have been hammered. Very on trend & they also match a bracelet I have! I was showing this to my friend & she bought one straight away for herself! Very smart.
Size 8 ordered. I liked this shirt, it fit nicely across the bust and the arm length was just right, however it was very long in the body and so it had to be returned.
Also note that the material is more of an off white/cream, rather than bright white.
