My size and shape have changed a lot this year and I have been struggling to find trousers that fit my waist and my hips and my thighs. So I was delighted to find that these joggers fit everywhere. I went straight back onto the website to buy more pairs but sadly I only like the burgundy colour. The fabric is so soft and thick and warm, considering the low price. Very comfortable for slumping on the sofa, where most of us wear “joggers”. I have taken one star off because I really don’t like the balloon or barrel leg design which all retailers are selling this year, I think it looks odd and unflattering. But I can live with that as I will only be wearing them at home.
Bought these to match the sweatshirt which I love. They’re so soft inside, I hope they wash well. Not sure what the leg shape is supposed to be, it doesn’t seem like a balloon leg to me, but they’re incredibly comfy so I’m happy. Usually wear 18-20 and ordered the XL 20-22, would say they’re true to size as they’re a little big.
The colour is more purple than burgandy. Looked purple-ish in picture but description said burgandy so was hoping for it. Legs are baggier than they looked on model, and the balloon curve part of the hem is quite pronounced in real life. Had hoped it would be more of a normal jogger just without the cuff. Elastic waist is snug for size but works ok. Leg just about long enough for me (I am 5ft 9, size 12-14 and ordered a m). They did shed. Hoping this settles after washing. Not yet tried on after wash so can't comment on shrinkage - fingers crossed there is none! Expensive for argos joggers.
Love the colour and fit of these joggers. Comfy and smart enough for casual wear. Great sizing. Good pocket depth! Value for money and a great autumn winter staple.
