Ordered this and I’m so happy with it, great fit, great colour, love the cord cuffs and especially love the checked lining. It gives the vibe of a much more expensive brand. Only negative is I thought there were 2 pockets, one on the side and then on the front with press studs however this one is fake.

I am Registered Blind and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Got in touch with customer service straight away and was told they couldn't change the size on the order but they would cancel it.
So I decided not to purchase the jacket from Tu.
Two days later Evri arrive with the order that was cancelled. I explain to the courier that I can't accept it as the order doesn't exist and I won't be able to return it.
Since then I have had emails from Evri saying my parcel is delayed and Tu wanting me to review the jacket.
I won't use Tu again as I really don't trust their communications.
