About this product

Refine baking and food preparation with the Orsina Alchemist medium sieve. Made from 100% stainless steel with a gold finish, it supports smooth sieving of flour and rice and can also strain creams or sauces. A twin-wire angled handle provides a firm grip and the looped end enables convenient hanging storage. Wash before first use in warm soapy water.

Caution: support the sieve securely over a stable bowl or container during use. Take extra care with hot creams or sauces, as steam and splashes can cause burns. Inspect the mesh and rim before use and stop using the product if wires become broken, sharp or loose. Keep the handle away from direct heat and open flames.
