I bought this as a footrest, but it doesn't work due to the curved top. You put your feet off and they slide right off. This was disappointing as I searched for a footstool and this popped up. I liked the gold edge as it made it look a little nicer than some of the others, and it does look great. Luckily I have a console table in the hallway so am now using it as a seat, whilst I sew, which it is comfortable. The storage is handy too

Bought for new living room. Slightly more dear compared to others on the market but perfectly matched decor and exactly what I was after. Looked like the picture. Generous storage perfect for one or two throws or for toddlers toys. Decent size to sit on but also compact enough for room without excess space. Seem quite sturdy, time will tell in terms of durability but happy so far!
