About this product

Streamline preparation and draining with the Orsina Aleki chopping board and integrated collapsible colander. The set combines 80% bamboo with 20% silicone, pairing a durable natural bamboo preparation surface with a red collapsible colander to make efficient use of kitchen space. The board is suited to chopping and serving tasks. Hand wash with warm soapy water, dry immediately and do not leave to soak.

Caution: place the board on a stable, level surface before cutting and keep hands clear of knife blades during food preparation. Fully open and support the collapsible colander before use. Take care with hot liquids and steam when draining. Keep the bamboo and silicone away from open flames and direct heat. Hand wash, dry immediately and do not soak; discontinue use if the board splits, splinters or the colander tears.
