When first laid out, creases or fold lines may appear which is normal and temporary. Depending on the fold’s tension, it may take a few days to a week to flatten completely. To speed up the process, gently fold the rug in the opposite direction of the creases, vacuum to loosen the fibres, and place furniture on the rug or walk over it regularly to encourage it to lie flat. For daily care, vacuum regularly and wipe clean with a damp cloth or carpet foam. For deeper cleaning, the rug can be washed with a high-pressure cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach to preserve colour and texture.
