Great capacity for a medium size suitcase
My initial thought was that it would be too small to accommodate my 20kg luggage allowance. But I couldn’t be more wrong. It was perfect! I could have expanded it if I had needed to but I didn’t. Really nice colour in a muted red and seems quite sturdy too. Was a bargain at 50% off original price.

I bought the suitcase for my son as we were going to Morocco. It is a brilliant case easy to maneuver fabulous with the little bit of extra space. It served him well on our trip I would definitely recommend.

Not sure how long it will last!
So… having previously had 2 great IT medium cases for 9 year, I decided to buy two more, you can’t buy what we had originally so opted for these. The quality is no where near the same unfortunately. It’s basically a plastic box with a lining of material! On the bottom edge the plastic strip doesn’t entirely cover the edge of the zip in the same place on both cases. Hubby didn’t want to return them so proof of the pudding and all that when we use them.

Faulty manufacture
This was the second suitcase I bought, after the previous item had a faulty retractable handle. For this reason, we tested the handle before we brought it home. However, after I had packed, the retractable handle refused to function, and got steadily worse over the week we were away. Needless to say, it was the same company.

This has a 54L capacity, as 1 L of water is around 1Kg then this is estimated to be able to hold 54Kgs before issues arise.

The supplier has advised the following for the IT Eco Friendly 8 Wheel Small Cabin Case-Red:
“ All our TSA locks do not come with a key. They are locked by setting a 3 digit code using the lock instructions that should be provided with the suitcase.
Please be aware that due to the security of the locks and ensuring they are fit for purpose, once you have reset your combination, we advise that you keep these numbers in a safe place as, if you forget this code, there is no way to open the case.
The key hole that can be seen on the lock is only used by customs should they need to open the case. Only customs hold a key for this purpose. ”
