Unfortunately it is located at bottom front so a lot of bending down..would recommend models with front top water storage as it makes it a lot easier to lift etc.

Right at the bottom pull the botton panel off it's right under the filter put your fingers in the groove and pull forward ...

The Candy CSEC9LF-80 9KG Condenser Tumble Dryer - White, will only work with an android phone to work the machine. If you wish to just look at the contents you can do this with an Iphone.
