As quiet as a mouse
Bought this a couple of weeks ago and it's the best microwave I've ever own.Its so quiet sometimes you wonder if it's cooking at all. This is certainly going to be my go to microwave in the future. Fingers crossed it'll still be as good as it is now.

Misleading
I wanted a microwave with a push button door opener and the website said it did. Got it home and unpacked it, it didn’t and when I used the handle, it slid on the worktop. Took it back and received shocking service, not a hint of an apology for the misleading info on their own website, despite suggesting an expression of regret would be acceptable.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Russell Hobbs 900W Inverter Microwave RHMI2503B: The power level is 900W on all settings. The defrost setting runs the heater intermittently (about 20% of the cooking time).

Having checked I can see you are not able to use this in a cupboard. The microwave needs 30 cm clear space above it and 7.5cm around the other sides apart from the base for ventilation.

"Microwaves don’t work at reduced wattages. It will still work at 100% power. For example if a microwave works at 1000Ws, and your cooking food for 10 seconds, then the microwave would work like this."

This microwave has 10 power levels, the lowest at 10%, then 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, up to full power at 100%. Each of the 10 power levels matches the percentage, e.g. P10 = 10%, P20 = 20% and so on.
