About this product
This Lavendon bed frame helps you organise a smaller bedroom without sacrificing comfort or storage. It's a small double layout with an end-opening ottoman base, so you can store duvets, spare bedding, or seasonal clothes out of sight. The faux leather finish keeps things practical, handling everyday wear while maintaining a tidy look. Sprung wooden slats provide a supportive foundation that lets your mattress breathe and perform properly. The headboard gives you a comfortable backrest for reading or relaxing. It's designed to fit smaller spaces where a full-sized double would feel cramped.
The ottoman lifts from the foot end and reveals 500 litres of storage underneath, enough for bulky bedding or off-season wardrobes. Small plastic feet raise the frame 3cm off the floor, so you can clean underneath without effort. The grey faux leather wipes clean easily if you need to sort spills or marks. Headboard fixings are included and stored inside the headboard itself during delivery. Self-assembly takes two people and comes with clear instructions. Supports up to 220kg total user weight and includes a 1 year guarantee.

Ottoman end lift bed frame
Excellent strong,value ottoman bed. Bought this as my previous one was showing age this is a far superior design as it is fully bolted , no screws at all. Very good solid bed. Looks great too in the grey colour. LOOK IN HEADBOARD FOR PARTS. This ideally should be stamped on the box but unless you read the instructions its quite easy to think you have alot missing from the bed package. The bed has a great large storage area and very easy to operate the lifting mechanism although it could be made even better with a handle or strap. The bedframe is very strong and gives and excellent supported sleep and my mattress sits well on the bed. It's a fairly easy build maybe would take 2 hours to do for the average person. You do need a little help to assemble. The instructions are very good and clear. All in all an excellent good value great build product.

Good product- let down by missing piece
Although it was easy enough to assemble- 2 people needed, the headboard was scratched and there was a missing piece from the bed slat assembly which meant we could not complete it or use it immediately.

Good and easy to build
Bought this for a guest bedroom and it was easy enough to build. Without a mattress on it, the ottoman will stay open. Only thing I would say is there isn't an attachment that you can use to lift it up, you need to get your hand down and grip the slat.

A cautionary tale!
This bed was exactly what I wanted a looks great in my bedroom. However, from the first night sleeping on it I’ve not known pain like I was getting in my shoulders and neck. I researched this after a few nights and found the answer was the arched slats was changing the way my mattress lays (pocket sprung) I put a length of plywood over the slats and problem solved. Something I had never even thought about!

No, it can only be built to go the one way round with the hinged end at the headboard end so it opens at the foot end of the bed.
