I bought this kettle 3 weeks ago but ordered the wrong colour, I contacted Argos who told me how to retunn it and to order the colour which my wife wanted. The system worked very well as the next day I returned the kettle i bought by my mistake and picked up the one which my wife wanted. This was all done at the local small Sainsburies.

Solid and well-designed.
This is a smart, solid and efficient product. It boils quickly and tge cide window shows the water lenel so you only put in and boil what you need. It has a big, easy to hold handle. But you have to lift the lid off to fill it, as there is no hinge or press button to open the lid. The switch lights up to show when it's on.

Brought a couple of weeks ago and very impressed. The water level on both sides of the kettle is very clear and easy to see Water level to reduce the need for refills and unnecessary boiling . Noise level in range and a quick boil .

To descale Breville VKT223 kettle, we recommend using a proprietary kettle descaler (readily available in supermarkets or online) or a solution of white vinegar and water. Descaling should be carried out every 4–8 weeks, depending on the hardness of your local water supply (more often in hard water areas).

The power cords for Breville kettles are consistent in design and are only available in black. Unfortunately, the white kettles do not come with white power cords, without exception.
