Nice looking kettle. Box looked small but a good family size kettle. Easy to fill, lift and pour. Only three stars as a bit on the noisy side when boiling. Not sure whether I would buy again because of the noise. Still pleased with purchase.

To descale Breville VKT223 kettle, we recommend using a proprietary kettle descaler (readily available in supermarkets or online) or a solution of white vinegar and water. Descaling should be carried out every 4–8 weeks, depending on the hardness of your local water supply (more often in hard water areas).

The power cords for Breville kettles are consistent in design and are only available in black. Unfortunately, the white kettles do not come with white power cords, without exception.
