Perfect travel cot for our holiday
I bought this travel cot to use on our caravan holiday with our 4 month old baby. It was really easy to put up and felt very sturdy. I really liked that it had a raised section for younger babies and I can see us getting a lot of use over the next year or so.

I bought this crib to put next to my double bed, my baby is one month old and is comfortable and safe in this crib that I intend to use until she is 6 months old, the mattress is thinner and harder than I expected, but I put sheets and a soft blanket.

You really need to check your returns. Because we checked this travel cot luckily before we went away and it was stained in several places. Had a broken peice also. Looked like pee stain on mattress and sick all down the side of it.

This cot was so flimsy and the stitching was all over the place. There was stitching across some of the holes that the poles have to go in to set it up so we couldn’t even put it together. We returned it and bought another crib which was much sturdier and better made

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Red Kite Dreamer Bedside Travel Crib: As with all travel cots, it should only be used as a temporary sleep solution, not permanent. A stand alone cot or crib would be much better suited for one month of use.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Red Kite Dreamer Bedside Travel Crib: ''When used as a dropside crib it can be used for a child up to 4-5 months of age or when the child can start to push themselves up or hold their own body weight.
When used in travel cot mode it can be used for children up to 15kg.''

The supplier has advised the following for the Red Kite Dreamer Bedside Travel Crib: "anything that will fit roughly 85 x 52cm will fit".
They also add this detail: "You can use either plain or fitted sheets but this is down to personal preference."
We'd be unable to specify just certain ones but it'll fit any sheets that match these specs.
