For a plasterboard wall, they confirm that "it should be “Cavity fixing” wall plug. The size of Screw is 5/32” x 1” (Length) screw."

The supplier has advised the following for the Patsy Black Full Length Wall Mirror:
No this does not hang from any kind of wire. There's a couple of hanging options, vertical and horizontal. For the vertical option, there's a bracket with a lip on it that you attach to the wall and you just hang the mirror from that. If you hang it horizontally, there's two little brackets with keyhole shaped slots in and you attach it via those to two screws you'd fit into the wall in the relevant places with the required spacing between them.
