“ Input : Type-C 5V2A(10W)
Output: USB-1&USB-2 5V2A（10W）
Only use one USB to output 10W.
Use USB1 and USB2 at the same time, its maximum power is only 10W. ”

The description of the Juice 1 4000mAh Portable Power Bank – Black is correct although can be misleading in the way it is described. There is a space between the 1 and the 4 and the full title is the Juice ECO 1 Portable Power Bank with 4000mAh.
It is not stated in the product description or title as being 14,000 mAh.
