Lovely lampshade but very disappointed that the feachers were all tangled together, i had to cut and reattached them with new string and a glue gun , was not expecting to have to put time and effort in to something that you normally just hang will not order again very disappointed,,,,,,

If you want a carefree purchase with no issues whatsoever, I recommend NOT using argos. Utterly useless, promised callbacks for returns and refunds which never happened, we were lied to multiple occasions. Utterly useless. I'd give -1 stars if I could. Such a shame as Argos used to be the OG go to, not anymore. The actual item is good but not worth the aggravation
