Excellent quality and features.
This is the second one of this model I have purchased. I have one in my bedroom and one in my lounge/kitchen. I bought this model because is is very reliable and the Bluetooth controls work well for my use. They heat a room up to temperature in 3 or so minutes so are perfect for me. No waiting for the gas boiler to finish heating and pumping hot water around the system for me to feel warm.

Good at heating, a few quibbles over the controls
Does the job well. App for controlling on mobile device via Bluetooth is commendably easy to use, and the option to set a different temperature on each timer programme is welcome. Is light and wheels around easily. A few quibbles though. "Oil free" sounds like a new technology that does the job of an oil-filled radiator, whereas it's a standard convector, though being quite large it does spread heat well. "Three heat settings" turn out to be 50% power, 100% power, and automatically-switch-between-the-two, which I don't call three heat settings. And there's no way of turning it on or off temporarily but also then automatically resuming the timer programme.

and even fire at the extension lead or adaptor due to inadequate connection quality."

Key Lock
To activate the key lock:
• Press and hold both P and the four squares buttons together for 2
seconds.
• The Key Lock icon will appear on the display.
• To unlock the control repeat the action by pressing
both P and four squares buttons for 2 seconds.
Note: The Standby button will still work when the Key Lock
is active. If the standby button is used again to re energise
the appliance then the last heat settings and key lock will
still be active

Thank you for your enquiry, the heat comes out from the grille at the top of the heater, there is no required clearance above these heaters as they are portable heater, I would advise talking to the TV manufacturers for advice on this.
Hello, these heaters are designed to be secondary heaters to assist with main source heating and not to be left on 24/7. Eco heat is solely a heat selection not a mode type. Intelligent (Eco) Heat: The product will automatically regulate the output power depending on requirements. In this mode the product operates at full power, however the output of the product is automatically reduced and regulated as the room temperature approaches the desired level. This mode optimises the energy usage by calculating the most efficient and effective way to achieve the desired temperature setting.
