The Argos Home Aspley Kingsize Bed Frame gives you a solid wooden bed that's built for comfortable nights and relaxed mornings. It's solid pine throughout, a natural hardwood that holds up well to years of nightly use. The headboard's there for leaning back when you're reading before sleep or having a weekend breakfast in bed. The frame sits on a sturdy base with wooden slats that support your mattress evenly and keeps everything stable. It fits a kingsize mattress, so there's room to spread out. The low foot end lets you tuck your duvet in neatly when you're making the bed.
The modern grey finish works with most bedroom colours and styles, so it fits in whether you're updating or matching existing furniture. There's 22.5cm underneath, enough to hoover beneath or use the space for storage boxes. The frame supports up to 220kg in total, distributed across the base. Self-assembly required, instructions and fixings included, two people recommended for building. Part of the Aspley collection. Manufacturer's two year guarantee included.

lovely sturdy bed
Very sturdy bed easy to assemble ....only negative is a bit low to ground but to be fair this could be because my other bed was really high

Phew!
Cheaply made bed that's a pain to assemble but looks good when it's done and feels ptetty sturdy. ok to sleep on/in. It is lower than my previous (divan) bed, which is noticeable when getting in & out of bed (I'm in my 60s). If I ever move I might have to leave it behind as I don't think I could face disassembling and reassembling it again - lats are held in by 48 screws!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bed. It’s incredibly sturdy (we put together with an electric drill) the colour is beautiful and looks more expensive than it was!! Would recommend

Sturdy bedframe
I bought the king-size bed frame ,it was fairly easy to put together and appears to be very sturdy, good quality and with sturdy slats that support well. The only thing I have found to fault is that if you're not careful you can knock your legs on the base legs as you walk around the bed. With a thick duvet and cover it should solve this,hopefully. Overall, it's a lovely bed and very reasonably priced.

Stylish and solid bed
Very stylish but simple and sturdy. Really like the bed. It's the kind that will fit in anywhere and looks like it's built to last.

Good value at a reduced price
Good sturdy single bed and looks good. A mistake in assembly instructions regarding fixing the top rail to the headboard. Can’t be done with the small tool indicated -impossible. I used my small Bosch screwdriver with the necessary result. Each wooden slat is screwed in separately again useful to use a small screwdriver if you have one. Makes the bed sturdy.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It is very stable and matches with the furniture perfectly. It did take a couple of hours or so to put together and I would suggest having an electric screw driver, but the instructions were fairly easy to follow.
