Real disappointment
The guard was a nightmare to fix. This means I can’t easily take it out and put it back as required.

Not suitable for a German shepherd!
Although the guard was easy to install, it only lasted about half an hour with my dog. Unfortunately, the nobs that hold ithe guard in place stick out which my dog found irresistible. She chewed them off during the first car journey and then jumped on the side breaking it. The guard would maybe suitable for a small dog or one that sits quietly in the car.

Does the job
It was a bit of a phaff to fit but once fitted is solid as a rock. It's handy to be able to extend it on each side. I have three large dogs and they haven't moved it.

Poor fastenings
Normal tools cannot be used to fit. A plastic wrench is supplied for the metal bolt that does not work. Not fit for purpose

The width of the guard can be adjusted to from 94cm (37) minimum to 122cm so you would need to measure the rear of the car from one side to the other above the seats to see if it this is suitable.
