About this product
The Ashby Ottoman Double Bed Frame keeps your bedroom organised with hidden storage beneath the mattress. Upholstered in soft linen-look fabric over a solid wood frame, it holds up to 518 litres, enough for guest bedding, pillows and out-of-season quilts. A hydraulic lift system raises the mattress base smoothly from the left side, avoiding heavy lifting. Button detailing on the headboard and footend adds texture. The grey fabric suits most bedroom colours. Tapered wooden feet lift the frame off the floor, allowing easy hoovering underneath.
The base has sprung wooden slats that support your mattress and allow air to flow beneath it. The headboard's included and attaches securely to the frame with all fixings provided. There's 12 centimetres of space under the bed for cleaning or reaching dropped items. Self-assembly required, two people recommended for easier handling. Comes with a 2 year manufacturer's guarantee. Mattress sold separately.

I brought this a month ago it’s a lovely bed The instructions are not the clearest and sometimes had to just figure it out It would be so much easier if the lift mechanisms were already in place on the panels rather than build from scratch that would make the process so much quicker .
