Just installed this light but it doesn't work! Tried 12 different good quality batteries (3x4AA) but nothing. I've given it three days but I'm getting more light from the moon! Very disappointed.

When I put the batteries in the light and switched the switch to auto the light came on and stopped on it should not have done that it should only Come on when dark tried to ring helpline that was on information paper only got answerphone waste of time I have put the light up do not know if it works
