This is a brilliant piece of kit, but you fo have to adhere to the conditioning instructions to optimise its performance befire you use it. That is fully discharge it (I used an old iPad which was ideal). Then fully charge it, which takes an over-night time. Be aware that it appears to stick at 75% (3 lights), but bear with it, it will eventually get there. Next fully discharge it and fully charge it three more times. Each time the charging period will get quicker. Then you can use it. I can get 5 charges on my Samsung A51.

I needed to charge my phone soon after buying this and true too the claim, or had more than enough charge or of the box to fully charge my phone and was still showing half full. Charges phone quickly and also recharged quickly if you use a high power usb C power supply.

I can confirm this power bank can be charged with a 12V solar panel.
Just to note the power bank input is limited at 5V so it will only draw this amount of voltage when charging,

Power banks must only be carried in hand luggage or carried around. It is not allowed to carry power banks in checked luggage. As all airlines vary I advise querying this directly with your airline of choosing as this is just general advice.

Apple Watch Series 8 This struggles to charge it, loses connection and will only give a slight charge.
So my answer from experience is a No and why its no good for me.
