Great kettle. Lovely pour. Looks neat. Only downside is condensation in the measurement compartment so can never see how much is in there! Illumination is only for the on button and not for the measurement which totally would have been helpful.

Nice looking kettle, great colour and easy to fill. Lost one star because it’s difficult to see how much water you’ve put in. This wastes electricity if you use too much or have to top up and reboil.

We can confirm that the Equip kettle will stop heating and turn off once it has boiled. The kettle is cordless with a 360° base and is designed to automatically switch off after boiling for safety.
If the kettle is lifted off the base during boiling, the heating will stop and power will be cut while it is off the base. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend removing the kettle from the base while it is boiling. It is always advised to allow the kettle to fully boil and switch off automatically before removing it from the base.
