To clean the globe, first unplug for safety, remove the arm, take the globe off the base and empty the contents. Clean with a soft sponge and no chemicals. Full instructions are provided.

"The waterfall globe MUST run constantly. This powers the biofilter and the waterfall aerates the tank adding vital oxygen for the occupants."

The Tetra Duo Waterfall Cascade Globe does not come with a heater.
No fish should be placed in this. Its disgraceful its even being sold in this way. A nice decorative water feature but not for fish for any habitation.
Argos staff should not be advising this as being suitable for very small fish, its not fit for any fish. Staff who are not trained in fish welfare should be nowhere near this post giving advice and I hardly think argos are providing this training.
As a nursery tank for baby guppies but hardly any, too small for anything really. Sea monkeys? or fake fish? Sad they sell tanks so small as suitable habitats .

It'd probably accommodate a half dozen White Clouds, they're not very big and cold water (household temperature).
Anything bigger than a White Cloud Minnow would require a bigger tank.
A tank this size is not really suitable for any fish. Without any decorations in it you could probably put three small tetras if it was heated which it isn’t. Once you have put gravel, decoration/plants and a heater in your reduced the water capacity, making it unsuitable for any live animal. Tanks this small should not be sold.
You could add some freshwater shrimps they would look nice
