I have a couple of these in my bathroom that have been there about 15 years.
They have decent corrosion resistance, but the metal components directly above the shower do show an appreciable amount of visible rust. Theres also a fair amount of rust inside the main fitting although thats not visible. The one not above the shower only has minimal rust.
