Not exactly an exciting item to buu, but necessary for analogue television to function... instantly wroked perfectly as soon as it was connected to the TV and functions surprisingly well as I live in an area where this kind of signal isn't great.

I brought this indoor aerial to replace an 30 old areial that was broken. it was nice to see that you can still get some basic equipment.,it was very easy to set up and works well, clear picture.

Basic Ariel to receive a signal
I had poor Digital signal. This Ariel managed to get some of the TV channels but not all. I eventually had to use a powered plug in Ariel with a signal booster to receive All the Freeview channels

Sorry but this TV Aerial is useless.
After purchasing a new TV from Argos I decided to get a new indoor TV Aerial as the one that I had was falling apart. However the One For All SV9405 TV Aerial that I purchased from Argos was of the non amplified type. Not powered in any way. I thought that would be more convenient as I would not need to sort out a power socket for the new TV Aerial. Wrong choice. I could not get ANY channels at all no matter where I placed the Aerial. I returned the One For All SV9405 and purchased the amplified version from One For All instead. Model no. One for All SV9143 Amplified Loop Indoor TV Aerial (958/8530). I now have 65 channels and it was straightforward to tune the TV to get them. I was expecting to have to place the Aerial some distance from the TV to receive the best signal but the Aerial is now sat on a small shelf that is above the TV literally just a few inches to it's right hand corner. That was a bonus as I had no problems sorting out a power supply for the new Aerial. It was close enough to the wall socket to not require an extension lead. I would never buy a non amplified TV Aerial again. Go for an amplified one. Indoor TV Aerials are not great at the best of times so they need all the help they can get to pick up a signal.

This can be plugged into a Smart TV instead of an outdoor digital aerial for viewing Freeview channels. An internet connection will still be required for streaming apps on the TV.

You can use the One For All SV9405 Indoor TV Aerial with a Bush smart TV if it has an aerial socket.

After checking with the manufacturer, I can confirm that this One For All SV9405 Indoor TV Aerial has optimized reception of HD digital TV signals. For best performance we recommend to use this antenna within a range of 5 km (3 miles) from your nearest transmitter. If you are within the recommended range of the transmitter you should be able to receive all of the channels you require.
