Good value for the price
This is my 2nd chromebook bought 6 months ago. It is a learning curve at first as a lifelong windows user, but becomes second nature to use very quickly and I prefer it to booting my win11 pc. It's more of a phone/laptop hybrid that uses apps mainly, although linux is installed for more advanced users. Downside is the screens are fragile so don't drop it (screen insurance is offered at sale).

I would not chance it. Below are the minimum specs. Minimum RAM 16 Gb, this PC has 8. Also, you need a graphics card and this PC does not have one, nor can you fit one.
If you want to stream video or anything you would do on your phone this is great. I think you can use Gamepass as well but currently Dune A is not on it.

Apologies, no, the game require windows, this is a Chromebook. It also needs a powerful graphics card as well. Search for the minimum requirements for the game and this will tell you what you need.

It might depend on the age, brand/model, and type of mouse so we cannot absolutely confirm compatibility.
Most USB wired mice should work but, in some cases, there may be features on the mouse that the Chromebook’s OS may not work with as some mice use drivers or apps that will not work on Chromebooks. In such cases, a mouse specifically designed to work with a Chromebook may be best.
