Perfect coffee
This machine is a little pricey but the coffee taste is perfect every time, my wife likes a wet coffee, I prefer frothy, she likes very hot and I like a little cooler…simple to use consistent.

Frothy coffee made simple
The key feature of this coffee maker is the integral milk wand which give you hot/frothy milk to make the perfect latte or cappuccino - delish! The design is also stylish (am I the only one who is underwhelmed with everything coming in brushed steel or rose gold?) and more compact than most of the other brands that also have integral milk wands.

Maybe a common fault beware
In many ways this is a good machine. Coffee hot, good crema and length selection. But it does seem to develop a common fault with the steamer which cuts off early and needs several presses of the clean cycle to make it work. It is livable with if you don't use it often. If you are a latte fan, find an alternative solution. If you just want espresso there are much cheaper and more compact options. It would be good if Sage fixed this, as the machine fills a niche for those of us who want nespresso and a steam wand.

Bought this just before the pandemic hit and it's still going strong! Best thing I've bought ever and has saved me loads of trips to the coffee shop

Pricey but worth it
About a month into the purchase now Ans we love the machine. It foams milk for lattes etc much better (and with bigger jugs) than the aeroccino models. Only down side is you can't really free-foam your milk its all preprogrammed but that's all a pro if you're like me and convenience is what you're after.

Lovely hot coffee.
Was looking for a new coffee pod machine after my daughter disappeared back to university with the existing machine. Friends recommend this one as an upgrade /replacement. Easy to use,clean and makes lovely hot frothy coffee.

Fantastic Coffee macchine
Love the fact I can use various espresso capsules and the frother is amazing. If you love great tasting coffee, this Sage Machine is a must!!

Amazing Coffee Machine
Our old Nespresso Lattissima Touch died on us and we resorted to ordering this coffee machine. By far, it has served us coffees for perk-me-up mornings, and we cannot complain. We have done two cleanings for the steamer, which is good cause who wants their milk to be with residues.

Failed after two weeks
The steam function service light came on and the steam pump became erratic. the servicing procedure did not work. I see another customer had the same issue. Item returned and will see if replacement works. The range of selectable volumes on each selector needs to be increased default minimum amounts are tiny and maximum amounts are less than double. The filaments for the heat and froth lights are so bright, it's difficukt to see which selection is set. Apart from those things, we really enjoyed the machine while it worked!

The Nespresso by Sage Creatista Uno Pod Coffee Machine should be descaled every three months or twice a year as a minimum. When descaling your machine, it is recommended that you use a good descaling solution kit.
