Great features easy to install

Nice bit of kit!
I already had one of these but I recently upgraded my TV so needed the larger version... Even when not used as part of a Hue Sync set up, it's nice to have a bit of bias lighting behind the TV as it causes less strain on your eyes.

Amazing addition to any TV
I had the previous setup with the Hue Play Bars which worked great but this steps it up even further. Instead of 2/3 colours popping behind the TV, this has 10 separate zones to give a more immersive experience. It can also to some great lighting effects away from the TV sync which is very relaxing.

Ive had these before. Purchased for a new TV. Works well with the Hue Sync Box . Maybe a bit overpriced, but they do the job well.

Pricey but nice effect.
Part of an expensive Philips Hue set-up: In addition to the Light-strip the Bridge and Synch box are mandatory, approximately five hundred pounds all in, which is expensive for TV backlights that don't go all the way around the specified sized TV. I also use some Play Bars which I used below the TV where the light-strip does not cover. I went this route only because I had invested in Philips Hue over a period of time. Other wise, I would have purchased a Lytmi Neo Sync Box & TV Backlight Kit at less than half the price for the same effect. Pros: Enhances viewing (to an extent with a 75" TV - needs a dark room to maximise effect, despite various setting) Cons: Expensive, esp. compared to competitors Performance could be improved in terms of synching with screen content / light placement, colour accuracy and brightness - this is despite the ability to alter parameters via the App, and placing the strip at the recommended minimum distance from the TV edges App - you need two Apps to make this work, the Philips Hue and the Hue Synch - the main App for the function. Convoluted setup - I almost gave up and lights dropped their connections in the Philips Hue app and needed reinstalling Additional Play-bar placement (below the TV in the dead space) difficult to match screen output via App set-up Passthrough HDMI Synch Box facilitates the matching of the lights to the TV content your watching - this means only off-board viewing sources can use the lights and not the Apps on the smart TV - Netflix, Prime etc.. I have a Sky Q box running through the Synch Box, which has reduced (visible) picture quality output compared with the on-board smart TV apps . Synch Box attenuates Sky Q signal, which sometimes drops the picture on the TV for a few seconds - this could be a Smasung (one box) TV issue, as the TV was replaced for this behaviour prior to connecting to the Synch Box, but it returned (mildly) when the Synch Box was added to the setup App connection to Hue sometimes drops making it impossible to control the function until the Bridge is restarted - maybe a Bridge failure issue. Pictures only showing 3 Playbar lights below the TV I have 2 others to the side.

Much nicer than the strips & easy to fit. Brought for my 65 inch tv so I could have lights at the bottom too. Philip customer service is rubbish to deal with and products can be over priced.

Good lights
Good product, bear in mind will only go round the top and sides of your TV. So the bottom will not be lit up, easy to set up, and works well. Happy to recommend.

They have other sizes to accommodate different size tvs
Hello there,
This is designed to fit on 75" TVs or larger. You are unable to cut this to make it smaller. There will also be too much overhang to allow you to use it as designed.
