Do not buy from Argos
Do not buy this TV from Argos. Other retailers offer a free 5 year extended warranty but when I spoke to Argos the customer service person was quite off with me and I requested to speak to a manager. I’m still waiting to be contacted 3 days later so I’m not holding my breath. The TV is great but I’ll never buy from Argos again, all their interested in is trying to sell you their own care package which isn’t needed if you purchase from other retailers.

The TV is great quality but it was not advertised that BBC iPlayer was not installed and is not available as an app because of an issue between Samsung and iPlayer. All 2026 Samsung TVs are the same . On line it says they are working on the issue,,,,,, really

Just installed it, very happy. Easy to set up, found the best way was to open a Samsung account and did App to my phone. Pity the TV doesn’t have I:Player, gave to get familiar with ITVX.

Sound variation
My son selected this model for me and I am still discovering its many features. I have noticed the sound fluctuates between the program and the adverts when i use the apps feature. I often have to turn the sound down when the commercials play. Apart from this I am very satisfied with what I have used on this smart TV so far.
