About this product
Keep your smoke alarms, wireless microphones and guitar pedals running strong with these Duracell Plus 9Vs. Each alkaline cell is designed with top closure tech to prevent leakage, so they are safe in your devices and drawers. Pre-charged and ready to go, this pack of 2 gives you 100% reliable life across everyday electronics - from detectors to audio gear. They will stay fresh for up to 5 years if you leave them unopened, and the 0% plastic packaging breaks down for end-of-life recycling.
Dependable 9V output keeps critical devices like smoke detectors and CO monitors working when it matters, delivering consistent power throughout each battery's life. Long shelf life lets you stock spares without worrying they will fade before use, ideal for emergency kits and seasonal gear. Leak-resistant design protects devices from damage during use and storage, preserving battery and device integrity. The zero-plastic pack reduces waste while securely holding each cell, and with 2 batteries you have backup power ready when the first runs out.

Genuine Duracell's
I originally ordered some Duracell PP3 batteries from a certain online retailer, which turned out to be counterfeit. Fortunately I then bought these from Argos which are the real deal, and a good price too!

The best money can buy!
I purchased these Duracell batteries ten days ago after my smoke alarm started beeping due to the 9v battery having depleted. Argos had advertised batteries with a 25% deduction so I also bought 'Triple A' spares for my TV remote control. I was delighted to buy the best as Duracell have so much more shelf-life compared to other brands. They are also so reliable and a smoke alarm is vital in any home as well as any building. Thank you Argos! P.S. The 25% I saved will go towards Christmas charities who are in great need.

Ok Batteries
Only bought these as I had a voucher given to me. Makes sense to buy two, rather than one.
