About this product
The Habitat Bunk Bed Frame gives you two sleeping spots in the space of one, that's ideal for siblings sharing or when friends stay over. It's a white bunk bed built for everyday family use with chunky, solid materials that feel sturdy underfoot. Wide ladder steps make climbing up and down easier and safer for younger ones. A high guard rail on the top bunk keeps sleepers secure through the night. Each bunk has little built-in shelves where kids can keep bedtime books, toys or a small clock within easy reach.
The ladder's fixed in position, so it stays put once assembled. Wall-mounting brackets must be used to attach the frame to your wall, that's really important for stability and safety with children. The guard rail stands 31cm high for reassurance. There's 85cm of space between bunks, so there's room to sit up comfortably on the lower bed. Each bunk supports up to 100kg and is suitable for ages six and over. For the top bunk, use a mattress no deeper than 16cm for safety. Two people are recommended for assembly, and it comes with a one-year guarantee.

Sturdy and beautiful bunk bed.
I bought this 2 weeks ago and I'm so happy I did. It took some time to fix but that's okay. Got it for my preteen and teenage boys and they love it! It's very sturdy and while fixing noticed that thought and effort have been put into every bit of building this bunk bed to ensure that it's best and strong enough to stand the test of time. I highly recommend.

Sturdy and practical

We bought 2 weeks ago, was fairly straight forward to build with clear instructions. Bed is strong and sturdy. Definitely required two people move once built. Only two negatives, there where no spare parts and one of the camlocks snapped under tension,lucky I had spares other wise bed would of needed to be returned and the stickers supplied to hide the bolts are pointless, they do not stick and are a completely different colour, but I would still recommend the bed

Sadly, all parts have pre-drilled holes for self assembly so it would not be possible to change the position of the shelving.
