Hi, I have managed to get the battery cover off, but it doesnt look like the battery is removable, there are edges of plastic covering it. Please advise.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
The battery is in the bottom with a red isolation film, the small screw on the battery compartment must be opened by the screwdriver (size ā PH00).

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know the graduation is 0.1kg/ 0.2Lb/1Lb,
You can choose the unit of measurement by pressing the button at the back of the display, the display shows kg, Lb and ST in sequence
