I like these, they are smaller than you'd think and perform just as well, I even cut roast chicken with them. They feel sturdy and well constructed. Of course there's the plastic, which we are all trying to avoid, but the full Sheffield stainless steel version, costs an arm and a leg.

Bought these to replace a similar pair that we have had for more years than I can remember - certainly more than 20 years. They are easy to hold, very sharp and hopefully will last as long as the previous pair.
