Lovely addition but beware packaging
I bought this as a treat for my new garden and it is wonderful, easy to set up and install with clear (ish) instructions. However, the large amount of polystyrene packaging is not necessary and I would have liked to see a more sustainable way of packaging the item - I would have thought twice if I’d known so much unreclycable packaging was involved as it filled my black hin

Don't buy!
Bought this last week. Worse thing we ever did. We got it working eventually. It pumped water and the lights came on for one day then stopped working. We had to return it. Was very disappointed

Doesn’t work
Set water feature up as per the instructions and the solar panel is completely charged but frustratingly the pump and lights stopped working after ten minutes and haven’t worked since. Not happy as the water feature was expensive for what it is. So I intend to return it and get my money back.

Nice water feature
Lovely corner water feature which works great in sunshine or ant night running off if the backup battery. However, slightly disappointed that it doesn’t have a remote control for switching it on or off, which means that you have to access the back of the solar panel if you need to switch it on or off

Fantastic Water Feature
I did a lot of searching after I first saw this water feature and although there are cheaper ones out there I kept coming back to this one. Glad I made decision to buy it is absolutely lovely, it was easy to set up, and it works perfectly, love the sound of the water running. Just have to remember to keep checking the water level especially when its so hot. It also came well packaged so you dont have to worry about it getting damaged in transport.

Hi Kizzy
Streetwize On-Demand Solar Water Feature - Brick Wall:
Having looked into this, its advised the following:
1, Thoroughly clean
2. Empty all water
3. Carefully remove the solar panel/pumps if possible, this can then be store in a garage or shed. If possible, move the water feature into a shed or garage.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello there,
After checking with our supplier they have advised: The Gardenwize Solar Powered Water Feature is powered via a solar panel that has a battery of 3.7V. That battery cannot be replaced but we do have solar panels that are available for purchase at a small cost through Streetwize Accessories.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Fussy
