Apologies, due to your tyre width this wouldn't be suitable. This will only support 13-17" with a max width of 215mm or 8.46".

Thanks for your query about the Streetwize 13-17? Car Wheel Clamp.
It comes as 3 parts, which all interlock. You just fit the 3 parts together and then lock it to use it, it's fairly quick.
However, we sell our products for domestic (e.g. locking the vehicle outside your own home for a bit of extra security) rather than work/business use as would be the case with regards to enforcement of high court judgements.

It comes in the 3 parts, each of which is separate but pre-assembled. It's a case of just using the item as it is from the box. You just fit the 3 parts together and then lock it to use it.
Yes it comes in three parts so you can fit it to the wheel so that the metal is touching the tyre but so easy to do. The
Three parts all slot together and then you just lock it all in place. The circular plate covers the wheel nuts entirely.

I am sorry can't advise you states clearly on the box what size wheels it will fit but I have no experience with the size of motor bike wheels. It is adjustable but other than that I can't help you I had it fitted to a caravan
