A superb one piece bit of kit for travelling with
This is a great one piece item for travelling. 2 usb slots for your tablet or phone and a 3 pin for anything else. Doesn't take up much space in your suitcase either. Great design. On a recent mini cruise with just one socket, the 2 usb ports meant I could charge my phone and tablet at the same time. Recommend anyone travelling to get one.

Yes this is suitable to use in the Czech Republic as you will need a type E plug.

According to information online, Portugal uses type C and F sockets so the adaptor should have no problems working in the type F sockets, but the pins will be slightly too large to fit in type C socket holes.

Looking online Austria uses Type F sockets (the German iteration of Schuko), and Croatia uses Type J (an earthed socket which takes a plug which looks a lot like a shaver or toothbrush type).
The adaptor is designed to fit Schuko (E and F) socket types specifically so won't fit any Type J sockets.

From the information we have available, the Channel Islands use the UK 3-pin type plugs/sockets. You should not need to use any adaptor for items that have UK plugs on. This item allows your UK plugs to be used in Europe.
