Good value small wardrobe
Bought in sale to fit small space in bedroom in house I recently moved to. I lost my wardrobe in the move as it was too big to go up the stairs. I need self-assembly which this was. Relatively easy to put together; good instructions; good fit; looks good. Basically did the job!!

Fantastic
For the price you can’t go wrong, A friend brought these and painted them up with the rest of her furniture and stained the top, The are space saving too. Excellent purchase for the price. I’ve added twisted trim stained them to give them more of a vintage look. I’m not fussed on the Scandinavian pine look but the size was perfect.

Disappointing
I bought 2 of the wardrobes. The first one was fine. The second one was less so. All of the components seemed to be out of alignment. I had to remount the hinges for the doors because they were in entirely the wrong position, and it just looks terrible.

Perfectly acceptable for the price.
It's very affordable, though imperfect. The door handles don't fit very well... I used different screws and a dab of wood glue to resolve this. Have not reduced star rating as at this price, it really is a steal in spite of this small problem. Would I prefer to pay 50 quid more to be spared the hassle? Well no, not really.

Wardrobe is okay, but I was unhappy with the delivery. The delivery guy handed a 2 person handle parcel and said 'there you go' causing my partner to almost fall over.

We would not recommend altering the wardrobe in any way as this will invalidate the 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults.

It is not stained. It is pine wood coated with matt finish clear polyurethane varnish.

The supplier has advised the Home Scandinavia 2 Door Wardrobe - Two Tone is around 850mm in length when the doors are open.

I raised the hanging rail by a couple of inches so I could store more stuff underneath my clothes, the drop from hanging rail to the bottom of the wardrobe is now 156cms.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The inside of the robe has 150mm from base to hanging rail. I believe that is enough height for dresses.
