Lovely roomy fridge!
We’ve had this fridge freezer over a month and for a family of 3 with visiting grandchildren it’s been really helpful! We moved from a big chest freezer, and find it so much easier to see what we have in the freezer now (one of our main reasons for switching) I will say we rarely if ever use our water dispenser so moving forward that wouldn’t be important to us. I find both the shelves in the door of the fridge and freezer so useful! The smaller freezer than what we were used to also means we had to get a bit into organising with tubs instead of packaging. All in all no complaints here. An amazing size fridge for us! Just wish the freezer was slightly bigger and had slightly more depth. If the fridge and freezer were the same size it would be the perfect size for us! Super impressed hasn’t cost us lots to run and makes better use of our space in the kitchen

Hello, Bush MSBSWTDW20 American Fridge Freezer White: If you refer to freezing meat from chilled or room temperature; please refer to the rating plate for the maximum capacity for freezing in a 24 hour period, and ensure the super freeze function is selected - it can take up to the 24 hours for food to fully freeze using this function.

I would check that you have set the temperature right for freezer compartment, also chk that you have set your freezer accordingly to the right mode ie smart,super freezing. Have you set lock so temperatures can't be changed by mistake,or door not closed completely. If tried all these would try other products in there and meat higher-up and see what results are,and if still not freezing then fault with unit.
