Excellent but needs a Stand
Heats up quickly, works brilliantly. Only drawbacks are: 1. The water reservoir is so small, it needs refilling after steaming one long sleeved t shirt. 2. It would benefit from a stand so it can be put down at times during use and then when finished using, to cool down, without it burning surfaces/carpet. It’s an awkward shape where part of the hot plate always seems to contact a surface you rest it on.

Usefull tool
I bought it right before the holidays and it hasnt let me down, Use it 2-3 times a week. Very easy to use ans gives excellent results.

Steamer good, BUT the water tank is very small.
The steamer is effective, using the provided heat resistant glove behind the garment helps. Instructions are clear and helpful. Water reservoir is very small and means that you have to refill often (multiple times on a single garment).

Unsuitable for me
Unfortunately I had to return the steamer as it was unsuitable for me. The water container didnt hold enough water and it kept having to be refilled. I have arthritis in my hands so to keep doing this was a problem.

Excellent for travel
Bought thus to take on a week away. Great for removing the creases from packed clothes, and for refreshing lightly worn clothes.

Steam and Go, amazing addition to my travel bag
I bought this as I spend a lot of weeks staying at hotels, not all with an iron. This was a life saver and surprisingly good. Done what it says on the tin.

Thank you for using Q&A
Hi Jan s
With the Philips Steam & Go Plus GC362 Compact Garment Steamer, this model uses a voltage of 220-240V. So we wouldn't recommend using it in countries with a different voltage on the mains. Also the charger supplied can only be used in the UK.
Hope this helps. Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Chris,
The supplier has advised the following for the Philips Steam & Go Plus GC362 Compact Garment Steamer:
"Our tech department informed us that we have no info on how many seconds the continues steam will last with a full water tank, since it's related to the water hardness of each area, however, with a full water tank, they will be able to fully steam a medium size man shirt in one go."
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
