Great bouncy chair with head rest
Lovely bouncy chair for newborn as it has a little head rest. We had a faulty one though as the music does not work it.

It’s nice but could be better.
It’s a lovely bouncer but there could be a few things to improve it. The base frame has two ‘feet’ which click onto the frame. However these pop off every time you move the bouncer so we’re forever having to put them back on. When you have a little baby to look after the last thing you want to be doing is messing around with fixings every time you want to use it. The vibration option on the bouncer seems pointless and we personally don’t feel comfortable leaving the vibrations on for a long period so would probably prefer a bouncer with an actual rocking feature to calm our baby down. It’s a nice bouncer overall but would probably pay a little more to get one which is more robust.

Disappointing Experience with the Ingenuity
I was really let down by this product. Despite its promising features, the swing failed to deliver the soothing benefits it advertised. The vibrator, which was supposed to comfort my baby with gentle vibrations and lullabies, only produced a constant, annoying noise. It didn’t offer any calming effects that I had hoped for. Ultimately, I returned the item because I felt it wasn’t worth the money spent. I wouldn’t recommend.
