Very satisfied
I bought this a month ago and it exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent, the performance is great, and I would definitely recommend it to others

Effective, but hefty
Effective, but hefty tool. Very pleased with ease of use and set up. This works!! Dresses, blouses, and two velvet blazers proved no problem. I got through four tanks of water and needed to take breaks as it's heavy work

Best steamer I’ve used
Bought this a few weeks ago and it’s amazing. I’ve had a few steamers before this one and it’s the best to date. Fast heat up, great for all types of garments and super easy to use.

Do not waste your money like I did
I do not recommend this product, I regret buying it. The water container little plastic cap does not close properly and it keeps opening which means that water drips each time I use it. The design of it is not good as there is a gap between the water container cap and the rest of the machine, hence why is spilling water. Can’t be asked to return it as it seems to be a cheap / bad design issue rather than a faulty piece of equipment. I only bought this model as it’s a lot more expensive than others on the market and thought that it’s worth the money. But I was wrong.

Good to steam clothes/refresh clothes
Unfortunately I had to return this to our local Argos today because it just doesn’t work properly- where you put the water in it keeps leaking out again, it’s a shame because it’s good little steamer for probably clothes better than anything else, just needs the water tank lid sorting out. When the steam came out though it was very hot and a reasonable amount.

Great product
I’ve never had a steamer before so I thought o would give this ago. It heats up very quick.maybe a bit bulky for some people. I’m pleased with it. I just leave it on the side and steam as I go save getting the ironing board out.

Hi Saide, we're sorry to hear this. We can advise to wait until the light stops flashing (approximately 40 seconds). When the light is steady the appliance is ready to use. You can also check that your appliance is correctly plugged in and switched on. The water level may be too low - unplug your appliance and refill it. You may also not be receiving steam if the steam pump has not been primed. Press the steam trigger continuously for a few seconds to begin steaming. If you are using the appliance for the first time, press the steam trigger continuously for a few seconds to begin steaming. Please also ensure that stopper is closed and that the water tank clicks when put into place. Hi Mike, we can confirm that this appliance is suitable for all garment types.
The appliance has a 200ml water tank that would need refilling. It is then ready to use after 40 seconds.
You can't continuously use it without refilling the water. The water is used up very fast, 10/15 minutes you will need to switch it off and refill it.
