The Argos Home Pandora Ottoman Bed turns your bedroom into a practical space where sleep and storage work together. It's upholstered in soft navy velvet that looks smart and feels comfortable. There's a tall padded headboard with deep seam detail that gives the frame a finished, quality look. The real advantage is the hidden storage underneath. Gas lift pistons help you raise the slatted base easily to reveal a fully lined compartment that holds 524 litres. It's the right size for spare bedding, seasonal clothes, or anything you want out of sight but close to hand.
The velvet fabric is soft to touch but stands up to daily use. Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and allow airflow. The storage space measures 135cm wide and 193cm deep, so bulky duvets and pillows fit without cramming. The side rails sit 31cm high, making it easy to get in and out. With just 1cm underneath, the storage is maximised. Arrives flat-packed and needs two people for assembly. All headboard fixings included. Manufacturer's one year guarantee provided.

Navy blue isn't navy blue
Bought the Navy Blue, which is actually charcoal in colour, hence 1 star down. Otherwise bed is good value especially when on a code. Took 50 mins to fully assemble and was straight forward.

Ottoman Bed
Really nice bed. The colour was darker than expected, would say more of a charcoal colour. Looks lovely. Took about two hours to build. Instructions are relatively easy to follow but got a bit tricky towards the end. The bottom of the base is just a piece of fabric. But ample storage space and comfy bed.

Great girls bed
Bought this for my daughter as we also have a king size version from a few years ago, it’s such a. Good solid bed, robust and easy to clean. Colour is perfect for a little girls room. Only quibble is the pull down mechanism no longer has a handle so it’s a bit trickier but really no issue.

Lovely bed
I've had this bed a few weeks now & it is a lovely bed, only issue is the feet are so small on it & its so heavy to manoeuvre, makes the bed quite low. I've had to buy a deep mattress to make it a little higher. But otherwise I'm very pleased. Argos do provide quality goods always.

There is no specified minimum mattress weight for this bed. However, we do recommend that the mattress used for the double size does not exceed 45kg, as this is the maximum supported weight for safe and effective operation of the lift mechanism.
Very lightweight mattresses may affect how firmly the lifting mechanism holds the bed down, but as long as the mattress is within the recommended weight range, it should function as intended.
