The Argos Home Pandora Double End Lift Ottoman Bed gives you a comfortable place to sleep and masses of hidden storage for spare bedding, out-of-season clothes, and anything else that needs tucking away. The taupe velvet upholstery feels soft against your skin and handles everyday use. Deep vertical stitching across the headboard adds texture and detail. A fabric shadow base keeps the look clean and cohesive. It fits a standard UK double mattress.
The end-lift mechanism makes it easy to access the storage compartment underneath, which holds 524 litres. That's enough for duvets, pillows and seasonal wardrobe swaps without taking up wardrobe or cupboard space. Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and allow airflow. The headboard fixes securely to the frame with included fittings. Two people are recommended for assembly. Comes with all fixings and clear instructions. Mattress sold separately.
End opening storage functionality is a huge bonus for small rooms with limited space.
Deep seam detail in headboard gives a very classy look. This bed will fit a UK standard double size mattress.

Great product
This is great product and better than I thought for the price. It seems very solid. Only negative comments would be that it is slightly lower then I expected so it will need a deep mattress - min 25cm. It took quite a long time to build - like 4 or 5 hours and I would suggest that you need a carpenter’s right angle to check the corners of the bed or frame as otherwise if you just screw it without checking it may be slightly of when you put it all together at the end.

Great looking bed, with plenty of storage.
I wanted a bed that looked good but provided us with storage, and this is so good. It's a good quality material and very sturdy. The lift is easy, and the storage has the fitted cover at the base, which is much better than the cheaper options, where you are basically putting your items on the carpet underneath. Not difficult to put together either (although would recommend 2 people for ease). It looks much more expensive than it was. Very happy with the purchase.

Put together by a teenager
Purchased for my 16 year old daughter, she put this bed together all by herself over a few hours (she lives 4 hours away from me) Loves the bed, great storage and she followed the instructions fine. Purchased the mattress from Amazon. If my 16 year old can put together sure everyone else can.

This bed is perfect for a small room. Great storage. Is not the colour that depicts in the picture and is more a dark grey. My 12 year old son loves it.
